If connection still fails then we suggest resetting your antenna to do this

1.    Remove and re-insert the Highway power adapter into the 12v accessory socket

2.    Within 5 seconds while the status LED is on use a paperclip or pen to press the reset button, the LED will now flash rapidly 3 times to indicate the reset has started.
