You have the option of being able to return the product to its original factory settings. A reset can often resolve any anomalies found.

The reset is performed by  removing the fascia, you will then see a reset button if you press and hold this for 3 seconds this will reset the Highway .

Note: Please be aware that all user settings are lost when performing a factory reset
