If the commander reports the above message this could indicate that the commander is unable to connect to the Antenna.

The first thing to check is that you have power  to check this unplug the antenna from the power and then plug back in, if you see the status LED light for 5 seconds the antenna has power.

Now let’s check to see if it’s paired. Press and hold the and buttons simultaneously on the wireless controller. If paired correctly, the Status LED on the antenna should light solidly, and turn off as soon as you release the buttons.

 If the Status LED does not light up you will need to re-pair the controller and antenna.
