This is a mistake in the manual which we are looking to amend. 

To stream via Bluetooth ...

1.    Ensure  your radio is in the Bluetooth source.
2.    Turn Bluetooth on from your smartphone/tablet. You will then see your Evoke H radio as an available device.
3.    Select this device,  you can then stream to the radio.
